Pre-order Stocks : Items are not available in hand and order will only be placed with supplier upon full payment confirmation from buyer. Delivery will take approximately 1 to 2 weeks.
POS LAJU
Delivery time frame : within 1 working day for West M'sia, within 2-3 working days for East M'sia
Price: RM4 for West M'sia // RM6 for East M'sia
Details:
- Signature of recipient required upon delivery (someone will have to be home to sign the collection of the parcel. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, the postman will leave a parcel collection slip. You can either call and arrange for a second delivery, or collect the parcel at the stated collection center)
- Pos Laju is a safer option as it's fully trackable & is covered by insurance (compensation by Pos Malaysia)
POS EKPRES
Delivery time frame : within 1 - 3 working days depending on your area
Price: RM3 (for single item weigh less than 500g)
Details:
- Bigger risk : No signature of recipient required upon delivery (postman will just drop it in your mailbox/ house porch). But it will be a convenient factor if you will not have anyone home to sign for the parcel.
- Not recommended if you do not have a mailbox
- Parcel is track-able, but there is no accurate detail on the parcel status and there will be no compensation if parcel is lost.
- Customers who opt for Pos Ekpres method are expected to use it at their own risk.
REGISTERED MAIL
Delivery time frame : within 1 week
Price: RM2
